About me

Hi, I’m Chris Strach — a former creative director turned Western photographer, drawn to the raw beauty, deep history, and quiet stories of the American West.

For two decades, I led visual storytelling for global brands like NVIDIA and Oracle. That experience sharpened my eye and taught me the value of intention in every frame. Today, my focus has shifted to capturing the untamed spirit of the West — not just as a place, but as a way of life.

My work blends the honesty of documentary photography with a cinematic sense of color and composition. I’m inspired by golden hour light, weathered landscapes, and the timeless rhythm of hoofbeats on dry earth. Each image is crafted to evoke emotion, memory, and meaning — whether it’s destined for a collector’s wall or a gallery exhibition.

If you share a passion for the stories this land holds, I’d love to connect.
